I’ve spent the past 25 years in business – early stage startups, huge national corporations, & everything in between. And, I kept seeing the same scenarios play out time & time again.  Smart, capable leaders were hitting a wall with their performance & their great ideas were failing. They were stuck — and no one was telling them why.

I was able to build lasting teams, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on innovation, all while attaining triple digit growth – sustainably.
